Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work directly with all major carriers to streamline your claim, help with rentals, and keep repairs moving.
How do I get an estimate?
You can start with photos or visit the shop. After disassembly, we confirm any hidden damage and finalize scope and pricing with you (and your insurer, if applicable).
How long will my repair take?
Timing depends on parts availability and the extent of damage. We provide an ETA at the start and update you at key milestones.
Can you match my factory paint color?
Yes. We use computerized color matching, high-quality materials, and proper prep/blend techniques for a seamless finish.
What does your No-Hassle Guarantee cover?
Our workmanship is covered. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Do you perform frame and uni-body straightening?
Yes. We measure and correct to factory specifications using professional straightening equipment and processes.
Do you offer paintless dent repair (PDR)?
Yes. For eligible dents without paint damage, PDR can restore the panel without refinishing.
Can you replace my windshield or other auto glass?
Yes. We handle glass replacement as part of collision repairs or as a standalone service.
Do you handle mechanical repairs and diagnostics?
Yes. We offer preventive maintenance, brake and suspension work, alignments, cooling/A-C service, and diagnostics.
Do you provide upholstery and interior restoration?
Yes. We repair seats, headliners, carpets, panels, and offer OEM-style stitching as well as custom accents.
Do you service fleets and commercial accounts?
Yes. We support transportation, limousine, shuttle, and bus fleets with expedited turnaround; some services can be performed on-site.
Do you work on classic and antique vehicles?
Yes. We offer body, paint, and upholstery services for restorations. We’ll review goals and timelines during the estimate.
